This website collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form. When you submit it, we receive the name, company, role, email address, phone number, business type, region and message you chose to provide, along with whether you asked for samples.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of your visit.
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to send product information, specifications or samples. That is the only purpose.
Your enquiry is stored in our database and emailed to our team. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Our website hosting, database and email delivery providers process the data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada.
We keep enquiries for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and then delete them.
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
